We are seeking a highly skilled subject matter expert to join our team on a bank basis, providing flexible support when required. Key Responsibilities
Chair safeguarding allegations against staff panels, ensuring thorough completion of risk assessments and recommendations to protect both staff and patient safety Monitor and report on investigation progress, advising the Trust to meet its statutory duties around safer recruitment and reporting to professional bodies, DBS, and statutory partners Provide expert advice to chairs of disciplinary panels and appeals, ensuring compliance with policy and best practice Act as a trusted advisor on complex cases, supporting robust decision-making and safeguarding standards
