Responsibilities

What will your day to day look like?

  • Evolving core playbooks across pre-enterprise, post-enterprise, and project deployment
  • Building a high-performance coaching cadence across Sales, AM, and CSM functions
  • Driving consistent pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
  • Getting hands-on with key deals, helping reps craft multi-threaded strategies
  • Partnering with the CEO to create bandwidth for geographic and product expansion
  • Contributing to broader leadership decisions across the business

Qualifications

  • Have 5-8 years’ experience in B2B sales or customer success
  • Have natural leadership skills
  • Have a player-coach mentality – happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
  • Can coach teams through complex sales cycles, ensuring consistent performance
  • Experience in building systematic approaches to account-based growth
  • Bring high energy, fast thinking, and a bias for action
  • Are confident that you can shape the future sales strategy
