Overview

Fractional Head of Sales (12-Month Contract) for a fast-growing SaaS platform. The role is a 12-month maternity cover with hybrid working in or near Leeds, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the sales & marketing strategy
  • Drive new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
  • Coach and mentor the internal sales team to improve performance and capability
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align commercial plans with company objectives
  • Be customer-facing, with around 20% travel to support business development and key accounts

About You

  • Strong track record in senior sales leadership, ideally within SaaS or B2B technology
  • Experience developing scalable go-to-market strategies in a high-growth environment
  • Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
  • Able to work in a fractional role (c.30 hours per week)
  • Based within reach of Leeds (hybrid working: 2+ days per week in the office)
