Head of SEEN
New Today
Are you driven by a passion to make a difference in the lives of children and young people from African, Asian, and Caribbean heritage?
SEEN was established in 2021 to create systemic change by challenging structural inequalities that hinder opportunities for children and young people of these backgrounds to be safer, happier, healthier, and more hopeful. The initiative aims to ensure a fair and equitable future where they can reach their full potential. The name SEEN was chosen by children and young people to reflect the work of the centre and the outcomes they desire. This is an exciting phase for SEEN, with significant achievements and insights gained to build upon. A new theory of change is being developed, alongside new programmes to increase impact and align with Barnardo's organizational strategy and external environment.
