Head of Service Delivery opportunity at Black Box France. London (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days home). Salary £65k–£80k plus bonus.

We are a fast-growing Managed Services Provider delivering connectivity, cybersecurity, and Microsoft cloud services to UK SMEs and connected buildings. We aim to help businesses improve resilience and unlock the power of AI, and we need a Head of Service Delivery to make it happen.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the delivery team (project managers, order managers, and engineers) and own all customer Work in Progress (WIP).
• Ensure every order and project is delivered on time, on budget, and with happy customers.
• Run daily stand-ups, drive quarterly planning, manage resource and capacity planning, hold people accountable, and bring energy, focus, and performance to the team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in service delivery or project leadership (MSP, IT, telco or tech services).
• Strong, no-nonsense leader who commands respect.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Prince2 or Scrum methodologies (certified or equivalent).
• Skilled in resource/capacity planning across teams.
• Obsessed with getting things done, removing blockers and keeping momentum.
• Organised, commercially aware, and customer-focused.
• A motivator who thrives on improving team culture and performance.
