Overview

Head of Student Experience & Community responsible for leading initiatives to monitor student progress and wellbeing and for fostering a positive school culture in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to monitor student progress and wellbeing.
• Foster a positive school culture and strengthen community engagement.
• Collaborate with academic and pastoral teams to support student outcomes.
• Lead initiatives to enhance student experience across campus and activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• German, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency would be advantageous given GSIS’ international environment.
• Experience with or understanding of the IB Diploma Programme.
