The Head of Sustainability – Transport UK&I role at Ramboll is a senior position that shapes the sustainability agenda across Ramboll's transport client community and the wider business. It acts as a focal point for sustainability across the global transport and UK businesses, collaborating with peers in Buildings, Energy, Environment and Management Consulting divisions, as well as other specialisms and key accounts. The role requires a proven track record as a sustainability lead, with the ability to communicate complex sustainability topics clearly and influence senior stakeholders.

Your new role

As part of the Transport Leadership team, the Team Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing Ramboll's sustainability strategy across the transport market. This position supports engagement with clients and collaborators. You will be an experienced, inspiring and inclusive leader with a proven track record in guiding and developing teams as direct line reports but also virtually through the Sustainability Steering Group and across all transport teams. You will provide an outward perspective with a view to further shaping and broadening client accounts and relationships by bringing a new dimension to the team and enhancing the client dialogue at senior level in partnership with other senior Ramboll leaders and key account managers.

This role requires an understanding of the political landscape and how to shape the development of policy at a senior level with a view to Ramboll being seen as a strategic advisor in this field.
