Head of Team, Family Solicitor. Hedges - Employee Owned at VoiceWorks. Hybrid role: Wallingford/Oxford/Chipping Norton. Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 base, plus bonus, company profit share and extensive benefits. Employment type: Part-time / Flexible / 4 Day Week supported.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Family Team as Head of Team.
  • Provide best-in-class family-law advice and professional support to team members; deliver legal services to high net worth clients.
  • Advise on all family-related matters, including divorce and separation, children disputes, financial remedy claims, pre- and post-nuptial settlements, domestic violence, cohabitation matters, ToLATA claims, surrogacy and adoption.
  • Contribute to marketing and business growth; participate in a culture that supports ownership and voice for all Hedgeholders.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in family law; essential experience in high net worth financial remedy claims and contested proceedings.
  • Solid billing history and clean claims record.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality legal services with outstanding client care; extremely organized with strong time management.
  • Warm, personable, proactive, and committed to ongoing learning and self-development.
  • Excellent IT skills and willingness to learn new ways of working; positive, hardworking, and team-oriented.
  • Professional in appearance and able to contribute to marketing and business growth.
