This is a fast-growing IT consultancy specialising in cloud solutions with a focus on cloud cost optimisation. As a lean and ambitious start-up, they deliver high-impact results for clients across multiple sectors. They are seeking a Head of Technology to take ownership of high-level project and delivery management across multiple client engagements. This is a key leadership role balancing strategic oversight with technical understanding in a dynamic, multi-project environment. You will report to management and work within a team of 8, including 4 engineers, within a flat management structure.
Responsibilities
- Lead project and delivery management across several concurrent cloud-focused client engagements.
- Ensure successful end-to-end delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines, dependencies and risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Support scoping and solution design at a high level, with awareness of cloud platforms and optimisation strategies.
- Contribute to the growth and development of their technology function as the business evolves.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex IT or cloud projects across multiple clients.
- Strong delivery leadership with the ability to balance technical and commercial priorities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Background in consultancy or agency-style environments is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a good understanding of cloud economics is desirable.
Details
