During this maternity cover contract in our Finance team, you’ll deliver financial insight and advice to drive improvements in financial performance, ensuring financial activity is underpinned by robust governance, internal controls, and assurance. You’ll lead our Treasury and Financial Control team, maintaining systems of financial control, managing Accounts Receivable reporting and debt management, managing Accounts Payable, and holding responsibility for all aspects of Treasury Management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining Treasury Management and Investment Strategies and Policies and Financial Regulations.
• Ensuring robust financial governance is in place to manage risk and compliance of the PO process.
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements relating to value for money, rent, and financial visibility.
• Ensuring rental income is managed within statutory, regulatory, and policy constraints.
• Developing and maintaining effective systems of financial control.
• All aspects of line management and leadership of the Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Driving continuous improvement through our finance systems, processes, and culture.
