Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Lloyds Accreditation for water, power, and gas utilities across Skanska, acting as Authorising Officer.
• Serve as SME for utilities in pre-construction bids, ensuring governance in utility design and delivery.
• Collaborate with Procurement and project teams to optimize utility asset procurement, diversions, reinstatements, and new constructions.
• Support project teams by recruiting, onboarding, and developing utility resources, and conduct site tours to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Extensive experience managing utilities throughout the entire infrastructure project lifecycle.
• Proven track record in delivering utilities-related projects successfully.
• Strong project management skills for organized execution and implementation.
• Relentless drive to innovate, improve, and reduce utilities-related incidents.
