About the role

We’re looking for a strategic, driven and compassionate person to lead West Wales Care & Repair, a key subsidiary of the ateb Group. In this high-impact role, you’ll work with partners across health, housing and care to help people live safely and independently in their own homes.

If you have strong leadership experience in housing, care or health, and you’re ready to shape services, influence strategy, and deliver better outcomes for older people in West Wales – this could be the role for you.

• Home-based with flexible working across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion
• Interviews will be held on the 30th September 2025, at Milford Haven – Pembrokeshire.
