Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Training Specialist (QSHE Trainer) to lead our training programmes and enhance competency across the organisation. Location: London. Reports to: QSHE Director.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training plans tailored for each Business Unit and Business Sector.
- Identify gaps in current training, propose and roll-out new training initiatives to raise competency and improve service delivery.
- Support QSHE Managers under direction from the QSHE Director.
- Assist in conducting inspections and audits of contracts to confirm adherence to legal requirements and company policy.
- Help with implementation and maintenance of ISO accreditations relevant to health and safety.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in QSHE training across business units/sectors.
- Travel approximately 4 days per week to deliver training at sites; administer and coordinate 1 day per week from home or office.
Skills & Experience Required
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
- A recognised teaching / training qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g. PTTLS / KTLLS / AET or similar).
- Experience in Facilities Management and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sectors.
