The role primarily involves delivering CDM Services and the Principal Designer role, with experience in Health & Safety Services advantageous.

You will handle various responsibilities related to CDM 2015, covering technical and contractual aspects of professional practice. Based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Aberdeen, you will work across sectors such as property, industrial, and education.

Your purpose:

• Providing Health & Safety Services on commissions and project delivery support.
• Producing pre-construction information, files, and CDM documents.
• Ensuring Designer compliance.
• Reviewing contractor documentation.
• Interfacing with clients and design teams.
• Advising on procurement and consultant appointments.
• Supporting business development within the region.
• Staying updated on legal developments in construction law.

What you can bring:

Relevant experience from a design or construction background, with technical qualifications such as NEBOSH and membership of APS or IOSH preferred.

Technical skills:

• Design or Construction qualification.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or higher.
• Knowledge of CDM2015 and health & safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
