Salary: £45-55k

Location: Aston Clinton

Shifts: Monday - Friday core office hours

Health & Safety Manager role & responsibilities

• The Health & Safety Manager will oversee day-to-day H&S operations in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Maintain and improve H&S management systems (CDM background beneficial)
• Ensure compliance with key regulations including COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, and DSEAR
• Conduct gap analyses, implement improvements in a manufacturing environment
• support ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) using QMS effectively
• Fire and risk assessments; building safety
• Engaging stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, and leadership
• Driving change management & influencing positive change throughout the business
• Training, and mentoring

Health & Safety Manager Experience

• Candidates must come from Manufacturing / engineering background
• NEBOSH general with fire
• Strong auditing experience to ISO standards
• Auditing (ISO), H&S as primary focus, change management, and training delivery
• Ideally have experience in pharmaceutical
• Must have strong experience with COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, DSEAR etc..
