What you’ll be doing

As the HSE Manager you will lead our UK team in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment management across solar PV and battery storage projects and promote a strong safety culture throughout our operations.

• Lead QHSE management for UK operations
• Conduct site audits and ensure ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance
• Prepare and review HSE documentation and risk assessments
• Support design reviews with a focus on safety and environmental impact
• Promote a proactive safety culture internally and with subcontractors

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH)
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
• Strong communicator with experience in construction and international teams
• Experience in Solar PV and Battery Storage is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and a self-starter with a passion for renewables
