As Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will be essential in enhancing health and wellness as a fundamental part of our organisational culture and in supporting RWE Generation's strategic objectives regarding optimal health and safety practices.

  • You will be part of the CoE Health & Wellbeing with a direct reporting line to the CoE Health & Wellbeing lead within HR.
  • Support the development and delivery of global Health & Wellbeing programmes and resources at RWE Generation. Support the delivery of these programmes to ensure they are relevant to all stakeholders and meet business needs.
  • Support the implementation of the Health & Wellbeing strategy through global thinking and local action in collaboration with RWE Generation Occupational Health/Medicine, and Health & Safety professionals.
  • Organise and manage the Health & Wellbeing portfolio, implement evidence-based and innovative offerings, and review existing programmes. Work flexibly to meet evolving local needs.
  • Ensuring that Health & Wellbeing is embedded in the company at all levels. Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, adapting messaging to resonate with employees, especially at the local level.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate health interventions, both locally in the UK and across all UK sites and globally. Work with key stakeholders to meet their needs.
  • Representing the interests of RWE Generation and promoting networking and collaboration within the RWE Group. Help promote an open and trusting work culture.
  • Update the UK board, Business Review Forum (BRF), HR and UK Occupational Health Team.
  • Manage external suppliers to ensure delivery of Wellbeing activities in line with CoE Health & Wellbeing strategy.

Job requirements and experience

  • Completed studies in health sciences, nursing, psychology, sports sciences or comparable.
  • Several years of experience in the field of Health & Wellbeing, also in an international environment.
  • Experience in the conception and implementation of training courses and moderation.
  • Enjoyment of a task that offers the ability to manage one's own time and diverse challenges, and a high degree of creative freedom.
  • Strategic mindset, attention to customer requirements, personal initiative, and significant involvement.
  • Proficient ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Business fluent in English.

  • Other language skills beyond those mentioned above, Dutch or German.
