The Role: Your Impact

We’re launching a volunteer Fellowship for curious students and career-changers who want practical exposure to digital-health operations, community building and patient engagement. You’ll support our team and learn modern health-tech workflows from day one.

Learning Objectives:

This programme gives practical experience in:

• Community building with multi-disciplinary partners
• Healthcare content & patient storytelling
• Process improvement and operational efficiency in health-tech

Experience Projects (choose 1-3 based on your interests)

• Market intelligence & community nurturing – connect with our partner/patient network, surface service gaps, and assist with practitioner matching and bookings (under supervision).
• Practitioner-pipeline optimisation – analyse application patterns, create feedback loops, and propose onboarding improvements to increase approval rates.
• Content research & creation – develop SEO-aware content on chronic conditions, interview practitioners, and create patient-education materials.
• Social media growth – research holistic-health communities, craft campaigns, and engage conversations to build brand awareness.
• Partnership scouting – identify complementary brands/influencers and outline collaboration opportunities for patient acquisition.

Each project includes measurable deliverables, weekly progress reviews, and a clear link to HealGuid’s growth metrics.

• Duration: 12 weeks (extendable by mutual agreement)
• Time: 6–10 flexible hours/week; one 30-min team check-in (UK morning)
• Format: Remote, async-friendly

Ideal Candidates

• Students or recent grads in Psychology, Nutrition, Health Sciences, Business, or related fields
• Gap-year students or career-changers exploring healthcare
• Fluent English and confident communication
• Comfortable with Google Workspace & video calls; bonus for Airtable/Canva
• Genuine interest in holistic / functional medicine
