Installation Engineers Renewable Heating (Domestic)

Location: Offices in Maidenhead and London, Projects Nationwide

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience (Circa £45,000 - £50,000) & excellent benefits

The role

Were looking for motivated, skilled, and hands-on Installation Engineers to join our growing engineering team. Reporting to our Installation Supervisors, youll help deliver high-quality, efficient, and future-proof heating solutions to homes and communities across the UK.

Your Work Will Include

• Installing heat pump systems and Heat Interface Units for residential properties.
• Pipefitting heating, cooling and hot water systems, including underground installations.
• Fusion welding and applying insulation to ensure system efficiency and durability.
• Carrying out basic electrical connections for integrated systems.
• Diagnosing and fixing faults to keep systems running at their best.
• Performing QA/QC checks to industry, Rendesco, and customer standards.
  
  

• Qualified: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven hands-on experience in plumbing and/or pipefitting is essential, demonstrating a proven ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot water and heating systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, hot water regulations, and safe installation practices.
• Ideally experienced in renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction.
• Able to read and follow installation processes with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working as part of a team - but capable of taking initiative when working independently.
• Willing to work away from home when required (cost of travel covered)
  
  

• Competitive salary circa £45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience)
