You'll play a key role in developing and delivering tailored wealth strategies to high-net-worth clients, while also contributing to the leadership and development of the wider advisory team.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Design and implement bespoke financial strategies across pensions, investments, estate planning, and tax optimisation.
• Deliver expert advice on retirement planning, staying abreast of all regulatory and legislative changes.
• Generate new business through strategic relationship building and warm lead engagement.
• Lead by example - mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of excellence and professional growth.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless, compliant service delivery at every stage.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior wealth management/advisory role.
• Proven track record of delivering tailored financial advice and securing long-term client trust.
• Deep understanding of investment products, pensions, tax planning, and retirement strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional qualifications in Financial Services or a related discipline (Degree/Masters preferred).
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Leadership qualities with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
