OverviewHMO Licensing Consultant — Wimbledon | Hybrid WorkingWe’re looking for a detail-oriented HMO Licensing Consultant to join our expanding team. This role ensures compliance across our HMO, Additional, and Selective licensing portfolio. After an initial 3-4 week induction period in the office, you’ll be able to work from home 2 days per week.What You'll Be DoingAudit lettings portfolio to identify properties requiring licensingManage compliance across all licensed properties, ensuring safety checks and certificates are currentBuild strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property management teamsCoordinate maintenance and remedial works to excellent standardsNavigate external platforms including Fixflo, Kamma, and GoodlordWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsUnderstanding of property management principlesExperience with HMO licensing requirements (highly desirable)Proficiency in at least 1-2 of: Fixflo, Kamma, GoodlordExceptional communication and relationship-building abilitiesPersonal Qualities:Tenacious and resilient with a positive can-do attitudeAble to manage pressure and maintain focus during peak periodsTeam player who’s also effective working independentlyWhat We OfferHybrid working (2 days WFH after initial training period)Opportunity to work with an expanding portfolioProfessional development in HMO licensing expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr
