If you're passionate about building meaningful relationships, crafting compelling strategies, and connecting people to purpose, this could be your perfect next step. You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a major donor strategy that builds a strong, engaged network of supporters who share our vision for heritage and cultural excellence.

We’re proud to run two acclaimed, award-winning five-star visitor attractions — Verdant Works and Discovery Point — and this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in their continued success and future growth. With a local, national, and international outlook (the world’s your oyster), you’ll help bring our stories to broader audiences and support our ambitious plans for the future.

This role offers flexibility — hybrid or remote working is possible, with some travel as needed.
