Overview
We are seeking a Home Makers Manager with demonstrable experience in managing PRS portfolio to join our team. The role is responsible for providing a high quality lettings service and line management of a team member. The right candidate must be confident in managing both landlords and tenants as well as working in a fast-paced environment with a range of stakeholders. A qualification in ARLA/PropertyMark is desirable. The role offers agile working, with a minimum of working three days in the office per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage the PRS portfolio to ensure high quality lettings service delivery.
- Line manage a team member within the lettings/PRS team.
- Engage confidently with landlords, tenants and a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing PRS/lettings portfolios.
- ARLA/PropertyMark qualification desirable.
Working arrangements and flexibility
The role offers agile working, with a minimum of three days in the office per week. We support part-time flexible working and job sharing options.
