This is an interim role to cover a leaver while we recruit permanently. The position could become a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

We require a strong housing leader to ensure service delivery is maintained and to provide leadership to the team.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience in leading a housing team.

Applicants should be located within our operating region, which includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, and Cornwall. The role involves travel, but it is hybrid, allowing you to base yourself from home.
