Job Description
The Enterprise Go to Market (GTM) Manager will manage all GTM activity for Elavon’s European Hospitality vertical. Working closely with the revenue vertical lead, they will agree objectives that align to European and segment priorities and the annual financial plan. The GTM Manager will help define the annual plan for the Hospitality vertical, capture known and new risks and opportunities, and act as commercial director to oversee delivery against the plan.
This position requires strong business acumen, highly developed interpersonal skills and tenacity. This is an individual contributor role; however, the role holder will work within a fast GTM team where skills are leveraged, thinking is creative, and there is gravitas to manage relationships across the vertical and wider segment. They will engage with senior stakeholders throughout Elavon and champion initiatives at European and segment levels. The role is expected to become a key aid to the European enterprise vertical leads, contributing to revenue and expense outcomes.
The position will be working 3 days per week in one of Elavon’s European sites, with travel as required.
Key Accountabilities
- Planning: Consolidate needs, requests, strategic priorities and opportunities for the hospitality vertical into a short/medium/long-term roadmap, backed by insight from internal and external sources.
- Insight: Undertake customer/partner and internal engagement to drive Voice Of Customer (VOC) for the vertical and ensure expected outcomes are explained to key stakeholders.
- Execution: Develop an end-to-end GTM plan and roadmap addressing cross-functional needs and opportunities, underpinned by market insight. Deliverables include:
- The development of new propositions (sub-verticals) and enhancements to existing propositions in Hospitality
- Product releases/updates and all collateral to communicate propositions and messages to the market
- Events plan for the vertical, including networking, sponsorship, hospitality, and Elavon-owned events (in coordination with central Marketing)
- Plans and deliverables with clear commercial benefits and KPIs
- Product releases/updates and collateral to convey propositions and key messages
The GTM Manager will assess and challenge stakeholders across Sales Enablement, Revenue, and Product to ensure commercial performance is realized. If performance is not on track, the role holder may influence actions to remediate and pursue alternative revenue sources. Maintain an ongoing engagement process ensuring input from customer and partner-facing functions informs the activity plan and decision making (external inputs to planning). Be a key partner to Sales Enablement and Product, aligning on pipelines, timelines, and GTM activity to deliver the business case for the hospitality vertical. Design and implement GTM plans using external and internal data to address in-year revenue plans, risks and opportunities at country, vertical, channel and product levels. Own all aspects of the customer/partner engagement plan, including external marketing assets and internal sales enablement assets, and planning of local events.

Skills / Experience required
- Experience in and understanding of Planning and forecasting processes
- Knowledge and interpretation of strategic business plans
- Knowledge of Profit and Loss and revenue/expense impacts of decisions
- Experience of proposition commercialization and delivery to market
- Experience managing senior stakeholders within a matrix organisation
- Highly collaborative; proven ability to influence strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends for senior stakeholders with recommended actions
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic sales environment
