Duties & Responsibilities Of a Housekeeping Team Leader
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and high standards throughout the property.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality control.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to promote efficiency and teamwork.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
You are an organized and proactive leader with excellent communication skills. You take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoy motivating your team to deliver outstanding service.
