Job Title: Housing Apprentice
Contract Type: 18 months - Apprentice
Salary: £10 under 21 / £12.21 over 21
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 9-5
Location: around central London / Hybrid

The difference you will make as a Housing Apprentice
In this role, you will support the London Housing services team to proactively manage, maintain, and improve designated social housing neighborhoods. Your responsibilities include handling tenancy conditions, addressing service failures, promoting customer care, and working towards targets and standards. Tasks involve communication with customers via CRM, assisting with mutual exchanges, providing patch cover for housing officers when needed, and updating system records to reflect tenancy changes.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- A proven track record of delivering customer service, preferably in housing, though not essential.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of working at all levels within the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Proficient in IT packages including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business needs.
