Transform Lives Through Better Homes in West Dunbartonshire!

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a dedicated Housing Professional to be our new Housing Development Coordinator (Better Homes) to lead the charge in delivering our housing priorities.

This new role is central to coordinating the Local Housing Strategy, managing housing asset strategies, spearheading regeneration initiatives, and ensuring compliance with the Scottish Social Housing Net Zero Standard while enhancing energy efficiency and housing stock conditions.

As a key member of the Housing Development and Homelessness team, you will oversee a £10m annual capital budget, leading a talented team, collaborating with the Scottish Government, Registered Social Landlords, and community stakeholders to deliver sustainable housing solutions that improve housing and regenerate our communities.

Responsibilities
