You will be working within our Young Peoples Pathway (YPP) and Resettlement and Community Safety Scheme (RACS).
Our (YPP) offers young people support, advice, and mediation to enable them to stay in their current accommodation. If staying at home isn't possible, we have various accommodation options.
Our (RACS) provides housing-related support for high and medium-risk offenders across North Yorkshire, aiming to help them access or maintain suitable accommodation, reducing reoffending and homelessness.
As a Housing Management Assistant, you will address individual client needs, ensure property maintenance, manage void turnaround, and conduct health and safety checks.

- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a client-focused environment.
- Strong teamworking capabilities.
- Good interpersonal skills including listening and displaying empathy.
