Social Housing Technology & Transformation Recruitment Team Lead

Multiple Housing Systems Analysts needed on a Permanent basis for a large social housing provider. This programme includes implementing the NEC in a greenfield environment, replacing the old HMS, and integrating other housing-related products.

Role: Housing Systems Analyst

Location: London – hybrid 1-2 days a week

Responsibilities

• Support in requirements gathering exercises
• Design, build & implement multiple modules of housing management systems
• Assist with the implementation of modules such as Allocations & Lettings, Housing Management, Repairs, and Service Charges & Rent Setting
• Coordinate integrations with bolt-on systems for mobile working and asset management

Requirements / Essential Skills

• Experience of housing management systems
• Experience across the design, build & implementation of multiple modules
• Ability to support in requirements gathering exercises

Modules & Scope

The implementation will include bolt-on systems for mobile working and asset management.
