Trust ethos & values

Our name reflects our historical and geographical roots in Mercia, the ancient kingdom that covered much of the West Midlands, including the Black Country. Inspired by the unity fostered by early monasteries established by St Chad, we aim to demonstrate the same spirit today. We are a family of diverse schools committed to each other, proud of our history and success, united as one charitable Trust with a shared purpose.

Our mission is to equip our students to live fulfilling lives by helping them to:

· Realise their potential

· Thrive in the world of work

· Contribute positively to their communities locally, nationally, and internationally.

Our values are:

· Excellence and Rigour

· Challenge and Support

· Safety and Wellbeing
