The Faculty of Law is seeking to appoint an HR Administrator to join its proactive and professional administrative support team.
The Faculty of Law currently has over 100 University and College Teaching Officers, covering almost every area of legal interest. The professional services team includes 25 administrative staff and a 6-member IT team.
The HR Administrator will support the HR Co-ordinator in all HR aspects within the Faculty and its research centres. They will be a key member of the Faculty's professional services team, working effectively in an HR environment to ensure all HR functions are performed professionally, timely, and in compliance with relevant legislation.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, responsiveness, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, work quickly and accurately, and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion. The ability to remain calm under pressure and meet multiple deadlines is essential.
Applicants should have a good general education to A-level standard/NVQ level 3 or equivalent practical experience.
Once an offer is accepted, the successful candidate will undergo a health assessment.
