You will be responsible for delivering a consistent HR service that provides a positive experience for our colleagues and managers. By partnering with the business, you will understand their needs, specifically focusing on tier 2 front line support and advice, employee relations, performance management, and absence issues. Additionally, you will help managers build their HR knowledge and assist the wider HR team in sharing their expertise to upskill colleagues.Tier 2 support involves responding to complex enquiries, liaising with appropriate centres of excellence, working with business partnering teams to support HR projects, and ensuring payroll actions are completed accurately and on time.
