HR Advisor (Projects) - (FTC) until January 2026
Location: On-site across South West London and Swindon (5 days per week)
Contract: Fixed Term until January 2026
Salary: Up to £45,000

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor (Projects) to join this global business on a fixed-term basis until January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering critical HR projects across our organisation, with a particular focus on TUPE transfers and wider transformation initiatives.
Please note: This role requires 5 days per week on-site, working across offices based in South West London and Swindon, so flexibility and willingness to travel between sites is essential.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the planning and execution of TUPE projects, ensuring compliance with legislation and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees during periods of organisational change.
- Contributing to a variety of HR transformation and change projects, including restructures, policy reviews, and people systems improvements.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, people-focused solutions.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and supporting delivery of key milestones.
- Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced and project-led environment.
- Proven experience supporting on TUPE or organisational change programmes.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
- Willingness and ability to travel between sites in South West London and Swindon.
