HR Advisor

Join CHAS as a Temporary HR Adviser and become a pivotal part of a passionate and supportive team. This hands‑on role involves all aspects of the people experience—employee relations, wellbeing, recruitment, development and organisational change—working with colleagues across CHAS to support children and families across Scotland.

About You

  • Experience advising and guiding managers on a wide range of HR matters
  • Strong understanding of HR best practice and employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret HR data
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
