We’re looking for a proactive HR and Admin Assistant to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of HR and general admin tasks — helping our HR operations run smoothly as we continue to scale up - ideal for someone with a passion for people, processes, and getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
HR & People Operations Support
·Assist in recruitment administration: posting job adverts, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications.
·Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate pre-employment checks, and support Day One experiences for new joiners.
·Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (e.g. HiBob, BambooHR, or similar).
·Track absences, holiday, sick leave, and probation periods and provide reports as and when required.
·Assist with learning & development coordination and employee engagement activities.
Administrative & Office Support
·Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and general clerical duties.
·Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
·Schedule meetings and appointments; take minutes when required.
·Assist with health and safety compliance and facilities management.
·Support general office operations and ad hoc projects.
·Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, particularly in office or hybrid settings.
·Be a go-to person for general internal enquiries and day-to-day support.
Key Skills & Experience
·3 years’ experience in an HR or admin/operations role (start-up or tech environment preferred).
·Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
·Confident communicator - professional, clear, and people-friendly.
·Comfortable with HR systems and productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Teams)
·Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
·Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
·Fluent in Chinese language
