Our client is a revolutionary MedTech organisation who are looking to make a key addition to their People team, to support the facilitation of their next stage of growth. This particular position is a varied and hands-on role, with a large emphasis on recruitment — you will take total responsibility for day-to-day hiring requirements, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from application to start date and partnering with hiring managers to uncover and advise on resource requirements. You will develop the ATS, streamline workflows and track recruitment metrics. Away from recruitment, you will be involved in HR initiatives and operations to continue implementing the organisation’s people-first culture. Activities include inducting new members of staff, supporting people-related projects and assisting with HR documentation.

Overview

Role: HR and Talent Advisor. Location: Oxford, Reading, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, or other UK locations as applicable. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment with strong involvement in HR processes and people operations.

Responsibilities

  • Take total responsibility for day-to-day hiring requirements and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application to start date.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand resource requirements and advise on market conditions.
  • Develop and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), streamline recruitment workflows, and track recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and operations to support a people-first culture.
  • Induct new staff and assist with HR documentation and people-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing full recruitment life cycle, ideally in-house.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes; ideally knowledge of employment law and HR/Recruitment best practice.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to gauge stakeholders’ recruitment requirements and advise hiring managers on market conditions.
  • Technically savvy with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
