HR BP – Transformation

We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner with a background in transformation to support a London Council through significant change.

This is a critical role providing a strategic interface between HR and OD supporting the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme, where you will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR and OD colleagues to provide high level HR support.

Other key areas of the role are:

  • Work with the transformation team to ensure resource planning to deliver change at pace and scale.
  • Develop workforce plans to support the effective use of resources over the next five years.
  • Provide professional support and direction on change activities including redesign/ restructure/ transformation programmes.

To be considered you need to ideally come with local government experience – applicants with this will be reviewed first.

You also need to have clear experience in leading HR transformation from a business partner perspective.

This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and offers hybrid working
