As a HR Business Analyst, you will help facilitate change by reviewing existing business processes and systems and defining requirements to support the business and drive efficiencies. You will provide a vital link between the Business and the Systems teams, understanding both elements to provide a channel for change.
The role is located at Market Drayton with a hybrid working model (3 days on site per week).
Your challenge for the HR Business Analyst (12-month FTC): -
Requirement gathering from the SME population.
Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project life cycle.
Ensure projects support the business with requirements gathering and documentation
Define future state architecture for projects.
Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers.
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
Run workshops and training sessions.
Recommend and develop business products and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements.
Key skills & experience for the HR Business Analyst (12month FTC): -
Educated to degree level
Strong project stakeholder management and communication skills
Technical competence in systems and change delivery
Delivery focussed approach to challenges
Experience in Business models incorporating data and process
Reliable and consistent approach to data checking
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 utilisation
Independent and outgoing approach
Good technical cross-over skills
Critical attention to detail
Excellent facilitation skills with good conflict resolution skills
