As Blockchain.com’s first HRBP hire, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact—partnering with leadership to drive engagement, development, performance, and organizational design. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll influence how we grow, scale, and enable our teams to thrive.WHAT YOU WILL DOStrategic Business PartnershipAct as the primary HR Business Partner for all technology functions, supporting ~300 employees.Report directly to the Global Head of People and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management teams.Align people strategies with business priorities, providing strategic counsel and hands-on HR support.Drive organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development as a thought partner and culture ambassador.Guide leaders through change management, structural transitions, and scaling for new projects or markets.Talent Development & PerformanceDesign and implement HR policies to enable a high-growth, global workforce.Equip leaders and managers with tools, coaching, and training to strengthen their people leadership skills.Lead performance management and goal-setting processes to foster accountability and growth.Advance talent planning and development programs that help individuals and teams reach their full potential.Employee RelationsLead employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with regional laws and company policies.Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate sensitive international employment issues.Communications & EngagementCreate and deliver communication strategies that connect with global teams and reinforce HR policies and programs.Champion an inclusive culture that balances global consistency with local relevance.Drive engagement initiatives tailored to different regions while maintaining a cohesive organizational culture.Learning & DevelopmentSet the vision and direction for technical learning and development across the organization.Build a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.Align training initiatives with business goals, workforce needs, and growth strategies.Oversee scalable, high-impact training programs, including onboarding, certifications, and systems education.Ensure training content evolves with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry standards.WHAT YOU WILL NEEDBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, business, or related field.7-10 years of experience in a senior HR generalist or HRBP role, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.International HR experience, with exposure to multiple countries and employment frameworks.Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to scale teams and organizations.Strong expertise in organizational design and scaling strategies.Excellent judgment, problem-solving ability, and a solutions-driven mindset.
