Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR professional to oversee all HR activities. Reporting to the Country Manager UK & Ireland, this role offers the opportunity to develop the HR organization within our UK & Ireland subsidiary. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, hands-on, flexible, and results-oriented. You will serve as the HR expert and primary contact for employees and managers across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate hiring processes with Talent Acquisition and organize onboarding.
- Manage operational HR topics, processes, systems, and update employee guidelines in collaboration with the HR Manager EMEA.
- Act as the key contact for HR-related questions and ensure legal compliance.
- Handle payroll, benefits, and mobility policies.
- Support the Country Manager in developing our UK & Ireland people development plan.
Qualifications
- BSc in HR or Business Studies; CIPD Level 5 preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Good understanding of UK employment law.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems like SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
- Positive, interpersonal, flexible, and perseverant with a hands-on approach.
Additional Information
- The role is primarily office-based in Bisley / Surrey, with occasional remote work options.
- Part-time (minimum 25 hours/week), flexible scheduling.
