What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Lead on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organisational goals.
- Deliver HR initiatives that drive engagement, development, and retention.
- Review and improve HR policies and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Use people data to inform decision-making and workforce planning.
- Run training and workshops to build capability across the leadership team.
- Support recruitment, talent management, and reward benchmarking activities.
- Play a key role in fostering a values-led, inclusive working culture.
Main Skills Needed:
- Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced or complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases with confidence.
- Experience delivering training and coaching to managers.
- Skilled at using HR systems and data to drive people decisions.
- Confident communicator, relationship-builder and influencer.
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable.
