HR Business Partner

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Lead on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organisational goals.
• Deliver HR initiatives that drive engagement, development, and retention.
• Review and improve HR policies and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Use people data to inform decision-making and workforce planning.
• Run training and workshops to build capability across the leadership team.
• Support recruitment, talent management, and reward benchmarking activities.
• Play a key role in fostering a values-led, inclusive working culture.

Main Skills Needed:

• Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced or complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases with confidence.
• Experience delivering training and coaching to managers.
• Skilled at using HR systems and data to drive people decisions.
• Confident communicator, relationship-builder and influencer.
• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable.
