HR Consultant – Employee Relations – 6 month contract - £70,000 pro rata

Responsibilities

This contract will focus on working with the wider HR team to deliver a large-scale restructure across various teams, so proven experience across consultation, TUPE and redundancy programmes is essential. The role is inside IR35 and includes working on employee relations, restructures and consultations.

Qualifications

To be suitable for this HR Consultant role you will be a proven HR Generalist with an employee relations background and an up to date knowledge of UK employment law. CIPD qualification or employment law qualification is desirable.

Contract details

This contract will be for an initial 6 month period. Please note – this contract will be inside IR35, will offer hybrid working (3 days per week in the office and 2 at home).

Salary

The salary on offer for this role is £70,000 pro rata.
