Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator will support the EMEA HR Business Partners and Recruiters in handling coordination of interviews and support of daily recruitment and generalist responsibilities. These responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the recruiting lifecycle by creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters
- Maintaining candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to all candidates
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Delivering the timely completion of onboarding and offboarding processes across EMEA locations
- Providing administrative support on various HR generalist and recruiting processes such as the production of employment verification letters, immigration-related administration and general employee relations topics
- Establishing effective working relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
- Working closely with the global HR team members to ensure consistency in processes and identify opportunities for collaboration and efficiencies across regions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR generalist experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Workday experience preferred
