Location:Remote with 1 day a week (Tuesday) in Becket House, Worthing

Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the HR department's central inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses. Queries include matters relating to holiday allowances, HRIS, benefits, reference requests, pay queries, saving letters to employee files etc.
- Triage and prioritise incoming queries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR team members
- Log and track inquiries to identify recurring issues and support process improvement
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate responses across various HR functions (e.g., payroll, reward, recruitment) to ensure accurate and consistent communication
- Provide administrative support for HR projects
- Support compliance with HR policies and legal requirements through accurate information sharing
- Contribute to the development of email templates and FAQ documents to improve inbox efficiency
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR phone calls, handling enquiries or directing them appropriately
- Provide cover for other HR Admin team members during periods of absence
