OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced HR Data Analysis and IS Manager to join our team on a 14-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.As one of the UK’s Top 10 Certified Great Places to Work you’ll be stepping into a supportive environment where your ideas are valued, your expertise is celebrated, and your work truly matters.What you’ll be doingDeveloping and presenting dashboards and reports to meet internal customer needs.Leading monthly and ad hoc ‘Our People’ reporting cycles.Supporting reward and benefits analysis, including pay and performance review processes.Managing system upgrades, data imports, and troubleshooting with third-party vendors.Ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR.You’ll manage and develop the HR Data and IS Analysts, setting objectives, conducting 1-2-1s, and providing regular feedback to support their growth and performance.What we’re looking forDegree-level education, ideally with a background in mathematics or statistics.Strong experience with HR systems administration (Dayforce experience desirable) and data tools such as PowerBI and SQL.Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for data accuracy and storytelling.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.Proven people management experience and a collaborative mindset.Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.About usAJ Bell is one of the fastest-growing investment platform businesses in the UK offering an award-winning range of solutions that caters for everyone, from professional financial advisers to DIY investors with little to no experience.
