YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Lead the development and execution of HRdata governance strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements, and transformation goals.
• Define and implementingknowledge management frameworksto help clients capture, structure, and consider HR data flows across the organization.
• Contribute to HR data migrationplanning and readiness during system transitions, ensuring data integrity, business continuity, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide strategic advisory to HR and business leaders on data lifecycle management, including archiving, retention, and compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the organizational and strategic challenges of data governance, knowledge management, and HR transformation.
  
  

• Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
• Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
  
  

• Familiarity with HR systems and platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow
• Experience in HR data governance, knowledge management, data cleanse, and data migration within large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of the HR data lifecycle, including data quality, ownership, retention, and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
• Experience supporting HR operating model design and embedding data governance into service delivery structures.
  
  

• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery.
• Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£2m of consulting revenues (Director) /c.4m of consulting revenues (Vice President).
