Location: Staines
Contract: 24-month Apprenticeship (with potential to go permanent )
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am 5.30 pm (flexibility available)
Hybrid Working: Offered after probation
Starting Salary: £15,600 with increases at 3 months and 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

With on-the-job training, you'll provide administrative support to HR and offer advice and administrative support related to training and development activities to employees. Liaising with managers and trainers, you'll also learn how to plan training activities as well as organise training venues, all whilst building strong working relationships.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
• High attention to detail and a results-driven approach
• Strong communication skills
• Confident using MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
