This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to step into a role with real influence. You’ll work closely with ourTalent AcquisitionandLearning & Developmentteams, supporting recruitment, development, and firm-wide projects that shape the future of our business.
You’ll also play a key role insupporting our group companies, ensuring consistency and collaboration across the wider organisation.
The important work you will be doing:
- Provide expert HR guidance to managers and partners across the business
- Lead on employee relations matters, including performance, absence, and well-being
- Collaborate with the Talent team to support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Partner with the L&D team to help deliver impactful training and development initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of people-focused policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- Support the delivery of firm-wide HR projects aligned with our growth strategy
- Support our group companieswith HR guidance and shared initiatives
- Travel between our offices to build strong relationships and support local teams
Your skills and qualities:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR role (professional services background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial due to travel between offices
