HR & Office Coordinator
1 Days Old
Full-time | Hybrid (3 days/week in-office) | Based in Kentish Town, North London
Are you a people person with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to begin or grow your career in HR? We're looking for a People & Office Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic dual-role—with approximately 60% of your time focused on People (HR) operations and 40% supporting Office and Facilities activities.
In this role, you’ll provide essential day-to-day support across both the People and Office functions - owning key processes like onboarding, employee records, events coordination, and office operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly while contributing to a positive and inclusive employee experience.
Due to the dual nature of this role, a minimum of three days per week in the office is required, with flexibility to cover additional days when needed (e.g. annual leave cover for the Head of Office & Facilities).
